I just wanted to pass on my thanks and gratitude for the high quality of service that I have received from Jack Hall and AdEPT in these unprecedented times. As we are key workers, we are working around the clock to provide food and drink to vulnerable children, the elderly and the emergency services. Our requirements are changing day by day in terms of our phone lines and messages and Jack has gone above and beyond to help and going forward provided us with information so that I don’t have to pester him!
Times are really hard at the moment and with support from people like Jack it makes it a lot easier. He is a credit to your company. Thank you.
AdEPT Education have stepped up to the plate this week. The team have been outstanding and responsive. You couldn’t ask for anymore. There are some very key players in your organisation that are clearly superstars, however, there are many others that are doing brilliantly that I don’t see.

I know I mentioned it on the call this morning, but I just want to repeat that your teams have been fantastic over this tough period, and I’m sure they are run as ragged, as we are. We’re all up and running and wouldn’t be without the support of you all. Thank you for all the added efforts.
We have been evaluating moving our domain controller to Azure and we needed advice on what was the best approach. Our Account Manager Jeff arranged an e-meeting to discuss our options with Paul, a Technical Consultant with AdEPT IT Services. I was impressed with the way they both handled the meeting. Paul explained everything I needed to know to make a decision. Jeff also responded swiftly to my request to get laptops set up so we could arrange for our staff to work from home.
We know these are difficult times and that the AdEPT team has probably been overwhelmed by requests for help, but we appreciate the work the team have done to support us.

AdEPT has been a long time supplier to WiFi SPARK. Indeed in the early years of our business AdEPT was instrumental in helping us with great service and competitive comms products. We still use AdEPT today and the service that Amy provides is great. It is always a pleasure and it is good to work with professional yet personable people. AdEPT certainly delivers.
